What Blix Town is

Blix Town is a parody art project: a community for posting thumbnails of videos that do not exist. There are no videos. That is the point. Blix Town is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to YouTube or Google.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 13 it will be deleted.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you post. By posting, you grant Blix Town a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, resize, and display your content for the purpose of operating the service. You are responsible for what you post — post only what you created or have the right to use.

Moderation

All uploads are scanned before publication and may be reviewed by humans. We may remove any content, restrict, suspend, or terminate any account, at our discretion, at any time, with or without notice. We have no obligation to host anything. Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright are terminated.

Acceptable use

The Content Policy is part of these terms. Attempting to bypass moderation, scrape the service, spam, or abuse other members is prohibited.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blix Town is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use Blix Town after changes means you accept them.
