Blix Town responds to copyright takedown notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe content on Blix Town infringes your copyright, send a notice to dmca@blix.town including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• The URL(s) of the infringing content on blix.town
• Your contact information
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act for the owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

What happens next

Valid notices are actioned within 48 hours: the content is removed and the uploader is notified and told how to file a counter-notice. If a valid counter-notice is received, the material may be restored in 10-14 business days unless you notify us that you have filed a court action. Repeat infringers are banned.

A note on parody

Blix Town is a parody platform, but parody is not a blanket license. Uploading someone else's actual thumbnail or artwork without permission is still infringement, and the process above applies.
